What we offer
- Services: UX Portfolio Review, Zero to Pro, and AI Design Sprint.
- Programs are delivered as services and courses, depending on the offer.
Refund policy by offer
- UX Portfolio Review: 100% refund within the first 7 calendar days from purchase.
- Zero to Pro: 100% refund within the first 14 calendar days from purchase.
- AI Design Sprint: 100% refund within the first 14 calendar days from purchase.
Cancellation policy
- You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.
- To cancel, email support and include your purchase email and product name.
Reschedule, no-show, and missed-call policy (services)
- If you need to reschedule a service session, request it at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be treated as a used session.
- If you do not attend a scheduled call without prior notice, it is treated as a no-show and may be counted as delivered.
- If Superhive misses a scheduled call, you can choose a full reschedule at no extra cost.
When a service is considered delivered
- A live call is considered delivered when attended by the customer.
- A service is also considered delivered when agreed materials, recordings, or feedback are sent.
- A no-show handled under this policy may be treated as a delivered session.
No guarantee of specific results
- Superhive provides education and professional services.
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including job offers, salary increases, promotions, interviews, or career timelines.
- Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, market conditions, and third-party decisions.
Chargebacks and disputes
- If you have a billing issue, contact support first so we can resolve it directly.
- Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to suspension or termination of access to services and materials.
- We may provide records related to delivery, attendance, and communications when responding to a payment dispute.
License and intellectual property
- All Superhive frameworks, templates, materials, and content remain the property of Superhive unless stated otherwise.
- You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
- You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, publish, or share paid materials without written permission.
Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, Superhive is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim related to a specific product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service.
Right to refuse or terminate service
- We may refuse, suspend, or terminate service for abuse, harassment, fraud, or material violations of these terms.
- If access is terminated for policy violations, refunds may be denied to the extent permitted by law.
Force majeure
- Superhive is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside reasonable control.
- This includes outages, platform failures, internet disruptions, labor disputes, natural disasters, or government actions.
Governing law and venue
- These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
- Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the competent courts of Estonia.
